Join the Policy, Advocacy, and Research team at The Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence to learn about the key takeaways from the first report of Measuring Safety 2024, a data report series on gender-based violence in Illinois, which focuses on a pilot survivor transportation program operated by The Network in partnership with the Regional Transit Authority (RTA). The program demonstrated sweeping need for transportation assistance among survivors in it's first year. The report contains recommendations from partners agencies to improve in the future and will serve as a valuable advocacy tool for the GBV services community. The event is open to GBV service providers, journalists, stakeholders from across the legal, medical, and social safety net systems, and philanthropic entities. We hope to see you there!
