Audience: This workshop is designed for decision-makers and leaders. If you are an Executive Director, Senior leader, HR or Ops Manager, this workshop is for you, especially if you have employees reporting to you.

During this interactive workshop, we'll dive into the various HR philosophies and models you can implement at your organization to boost employee satisfaction and retention. We'll examine feedback, managerial courage, performance evaluations, professional development, and compensation philosophies as tools you can utilize to retain your employees. We'll explore both the WHAT and the WHY behind the various models.
