Crisis Intervention for Front-Line Staff
This training equips front-line staff to recognize, respond to, and safely de-escalate crises.
By the end of this session, you will be able to: identify early signs of crisis in individuals, use direct verbal and nonverbal communication to de-escalate situations, apply hands-on approaches to address difficult behaviors, manage your own work-related stress, and ensure safety for yourself and others. You will practice empathy, maintain professionalism, and collaborate effectively with colleagues during crisis situations.
