Peer Support Groups: Staff Who are Survivors Themselves
Over the past two years, providing advocacy, service and support for people surviving intimate partner violence (IPV) and domestic violence (DV) has been challenging, in ways unlike ever before – especially for advocates who also identify as survivors themselves.

In this peer support group, you are invited to virtually share space with other DV advocates who are survivors. In this group, we will create opportunities to discuss some of the complex challenges that comes up professionally and personally for advocates who are survivors, reflect on practices to support you in your role in your organization and offer resources, tools and practical ideas to best take care of yourself.
