Peer Support Group for BIPOC Staff
This group will be a space where a BIPOC community will gather and share experiences that they may have had while working with clients and or co-workers, talk about countertransference, what vicarious trauma looks like for us, and what it is like to work in majority white spaces. This group can also be a space where we find support, support others, share stories, and find commonality with one another. The intent of this group is to create a safe space where we all can be heard.
